Oven Theory is a micro-bakery based in Mississauga known for their Asian-inspired cupcakes that are light and not too sweet. Their cupcakes can be found at pop-up markets or available for pre-order and picked up at specific locations.
When it was announced that a downtown location was available for picking up pre-orders, I decided to place an order after seeing how pretty the cupcakes looked and that they weren't heavy and too sweet.
Caramel Biscoff - chocolate cupcake, salted caramel swiss meringue buttercream, salted caramel drizzle, biscoff crumble
Mango Tango - vanilla cupcake, mango swiss meringue buttercream, fresh mangoes, dried lime and thyme garnish
