Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 3 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then incorporate melted butter, sour cream, and apple cider vinegar. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring continuously to form a velvety batter.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease it with a small amount of butter or oil.
  5. Spoon the batter onto the skillet to create bun-sized portions, using the back of the spoon to spread and shape them into rounds.
  6. Cook the buns for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they achieve a delectable golden brown hue and are thoroughly cooked.
  7. Allow the buns to cool slightly before delicately slicing and presenting.
