- Wait until the flour cooks, don't turn the stove off - add the ground cardamom, sugar, milk powder, ground almomnds and butter.
- Keep stirring making sure the butter melts and evenly distributed.
- Turn off the heat, compact the powder into polvoron moulds and press onto coloured Japanese paper to wrap if for gifting.
