Ingredients
La Banderita Carb Counter Keto
Street Taco
1 tortilla(s)
Apple
1 medium
Ground cinnamon
1 tsp
Pure monkfruit sweetener without
erythritol
2 tsp

Instructions

Dip street taco in water for a second. Shake off excess.

Cut up apple diced small. Sprinkle 2 cinnamon and munkfruit. Microwave for 3-4 mins. Apples need to be tender.

Spoon apple mixture onto a taco, fold and crimp edge closed. Egg wash top, sprinkle munkfruit

425 for about 6-8 min I keep checking on it not to burn.
