Keto Baked Cheese Crackers

Keto Baked Cheese Crackers Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • A pinch of black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Microwave the cheese mixture for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until the cheeses are melted.
  4. Stir the mixture to ensure that the melted cheese and almond flour are thoroughly incorporated.
  5. Place the mixture between two sheets of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to roll it out to a thin, even layer. The thickness of the layer will determine the crunchiness of the crackers.
  6. Carefully remove the top sheet of parchment paper.
  7. Use a pizza cutter or a sharp knife to score the rolled-out mixture into small squares or rectangles, creating the desired cracker size.
  8. Transfer the parchment paper with the scored mixture onto the baking sheet.
  9. Bake the crackers in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  10. Once baked, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the crackers cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
