I can tell by the texture of this bread that it is not keto, regular flour is used.
I have a great recipe for keto garlic bread here:
INGREDIENTS:
75 g mozarrella/parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of coconut flour
2 tablespoons of clarified butter
1 whole egg
baking powder 1/3 tsp
fresh parsley
a clove of fresh garlic
pinch of salt (optional)
Grated cheese, add Greek yogurt to it. Mix everything and throw it into the microwave or a water bath. We hold it until it dissolves nicely.
In a separate bowl, add coconut flour, baking powder and egg. May optionally add some salt. Pour our melted cheese and yogurt into the bowl. Mix thoroughly and knead the dough.
When the dough is ready, prepare the garlic. Finely chop the parsley. Add a clove of fresh garlic. Pour in melted clarified butter. Mix. Apply to the cake.
Bake on baking paper at 180°C for about 1 hour until the dough is slightly dark.
The macro will be different depending on the types of your ingredients.
