Keto Ranch Meatballs

Keto Ranch Meatballs

Ingredients:
Ground beef or ground turkey: 1 pound
Egg: 1 large
Almond flour: 1/4 cup
Ranch seasoning mix: 2 tablespoons (make sure it's keto-friendly or homemade)
Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
Onion powder: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon

Chopped parsley: 2 tablespoons (optional for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, egg, almond flour, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined but avoid overmixing.
Form Meatballs: Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and have an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Garnish and Serve: If desired, garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy!
