- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Optional: 1-2 tbsp honey or a sweetener of your choice for a touch of sweetness
Instructions: - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs. Mix until smooth.
- Add the almond flour, protein powder, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in the olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Mix until the batter is smooth and uniform.
- If using, add the honey or sweetener and mix well.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
