今日は、とっても良いお天気！気温も２３度くらいまで上がりました。せっかくの良いお天気なので、お昼からお散歩をしにアランデルまで出て、Swanbourne Lake という小さな湖の周りをぐるっと歩いて来ました。とにかく日差しが強くて、まともに日差しを浴びると日傘をさしていても暑いくらいでしたが、幸い、大部分は木々の影だったので大丈夫でした。車を停めたところから湖まで１０分くらい、湖の周りが３０分くらい、合計４キロ弱、５０００歩強歩きました。もう、枯れ葉がたくさん落ちていて、秋も間近です。
It's been a beautiful day although quite windy. The temperature went up to 23C and the sun was very strong. As it was such lovely weather we went to Arundel and walked around Swanbourne Lake. We've walked along the reiver up to the lake before a couple of times but hadn't walked around the lake. It was pretty hot when you get the sun directly on you even though I was using a parasol but fortunately the majority of the way were in the shade from the trees. We walked about 10 minutes to the lake from where we parked our car, then walked around the lake, which I guess too about 30 minutes. A little less than 4 km, a little more than 5,000 steps. There were a lot of yellow leaves along the way, the autumn is just there.
