I've been having late night cravings cos I've been sleeping in the mornings and staying up awake at night.
Decided to order from Indulge Selera since it was one of the few eateries still offering delivery in the area at that time.
The Mentaiko French fries came in a small bowl and tasted pretty okay. Crispy fries and nice enough mentaiko sauce. (3.9/5)
This was the best dish. The grilled salmon cream pasta was rather good and I really liked the creamy sauce which was fully flavoured and the pasta was cooked soft enough to my liking. Might not be for ppl who prefer al-dente style. The salmon pieces were thinly sliced but fine tasting enough though they were overcooked and slightly dry. Overall, this dish was considered okay and I'd order this again. (4.2/5)
It was a huge mistake ordering the fried half spring chicken. This was the WORST fried chicken I'd ever eaten in my life. The crispy skin and batter was fine albeit very salty. The meat was dry, tough and rubbery. I only managed to eat a little bit as it doesn't come cheap but as it was too unpalatable, I actually had to throw 90% of this away. I would never ever order fried chicken from Indulge Selera ever again. This was downright inedible imo. (1/5).
The mashed potatoes was ok, very very mediocre. (2.5/5)
PS: I felt bad as I'd never given such low scores in my blog ever. However, my blog is also for myself, a form of record and it's important for me to remember never to buy this ever again.
