It is time to bid farewell to carbs once again and back on my restrictive diet.

What to make on my last day of "go eat your heart out" moment … let's ease some craving instead.

It is takoyaki time! I know it is frozen since I don't have that specialty pan nor I could get my hands on fresh octopus tentacles near me. I did however made my own sauce, the same I made for the okonomiyaki. Topped with kewpie mayonnaise, seaweed flakes (again, I don't have the powder version at home), and added the last touch with bonito flakes.

This is as close as I could make of good takoyaki from home. No complaint unless I could make everything from scratch.

Diet is normally a torture, but I am looking forward to it this time around as I feel very bloated and need a massive detox moment along with some palate cleansing diet.

Juicing tomorrow before kicking into the actual diet! Yay!
