The Myeongdong region in Korea is known for its shopping district, but if the designer handbag is not filled with dumplings, than I'm not interested. Myeongdong Gyoza Kalguksu is located near the intersection of Bathurst and Steeles. Beside dumplings and noodle soup, they also offer poached pork, sizzling plates and much more.
The bossam set included a bowl of wheat noodle soup and a plate of poached pork with veggies to wrap with. The broth for the noodle was heart warming and the pork was very tender. The order of gyoza came with 6 large pieces of dumplings, filled with meat and vegetables. The dumplings were thinnly wrapped and the fillings were tasty.
