If you are a vegetarian and also love Japanese food, Tenon Vegetarian Cuisine will certainly check both those boxes. Whether is sashimi, sushi or teriyaki, they will have a vegetarian solution for those cravings. This review was based on the Markham location, they also have a location in downtown Toronto.
Their combo A consisted of 8 pcs of sashimi, 6 pcs of sushi and 14 pcs of roll. The 2 rolls were California and Rainbow. As both were made with similar ingredients (avocado, cucumber, soy meat, etc), they tasted relatively the same. The veggie salmon had a chewy texture, which was enjoyable but of course is difficult to replicate actual salmon.
