The Old Spaghetti House is an Italian restaurant chain.  Founded in the Philippines.  Currently 22 locations across the country, mostly in Metro Manila.  A lot of pastas and pizza, a few meat dishes, some traditional, some Filipinized.

The food wasn't that great.  Not sure what I was anticipating by "pepper crusted," but certainly not breaded and deep-fried, nary a trace of pepper.  As for the spaghetti, the sun-dried tomatoes were invisible, if present at all.  Everything was way too salty.  Whatever.

Towards the end, I discovered a few bits of beef in the pasta; I should've complained, but to what end?
