This is another care package I got from one of the milk companies covering me at my clinic. It's SOP for companies to give doctors tokens for attending their events. Before it was dinner and hotel accommodations. Now that we're in the new normal, they resorted to food and other stuff.
This is a perfect example of such stuff. When I first got this, I was expecting more food. The package contained food, by the way. The yummy silvanas and lengua are the food included in the package. But I was surprised with the contents of the big box. The box contained a beautiful bamboo mug with a lid, a pack of coffee beans, a pack of tea leaves and a tube of tablea. I love the theme of the care package: coffee, tea and hot chocolate. And what's more, all of them are from local brands, just like the food. What a way to #SupportLokal
When the pandemic is over and we have gone back to near normal, I wonder how the companies will go about their tokens. Honestly, I prefer receiving food and other stuff that I can use. Staying overnight at a hotel is nice and all, and I can bring my family, too. But i really prefer having useful things. So I'm really curious as to what will happen when the pandemic has quieted down
