Hey Everyone!

If you don't know by now, I love a good energy ball. These little snacks are great for kids and adults. I did something a little different this time. I added canned pumpkin! Yes, it is fall now and wanted to try something that I had never tried before. Doing this time of the year, you see pumpkins all around. They actually have some good nutritional benefits as well:

  • High in Vitamin A
  • Good source antioxidant
  • Good Potassium source
  • Fiber
  • Contains Vitamin C

With these benefits, grab you some pumpkin in a can or other wise and add to some of your favorite dishes. Energy balls are so simple and a great healthy option and pumpkin fit right in.

Only need a few ingredients:

Mix all ingredients together. Form into balls and refrigerate or freeze.

Keep taking STEPS to where you want to be.
