Unlike most shoyu-based soups, Bari-Uma Ramen's one is said to be uber gao and flavourful. If noodles aren't your go-to choice of carb, there are rice dishes available too, including the Japanese Claypot Rice Eel ($14.90++), and a more affordable Charshu Terimayo Rice ($5.90++) that'll satisfy those with a small appetite.
