Squid King utilizes the squid in its full glory. Whole squid served with squid ink noodles (thick black noodles), toasted garlic, and nagi spice. Stuffed with black ball (minced pork) artfully plated over a generous base. Featuring the iconic tonkotsu broth and black garlic broth drizzled with tzatziki sauce.

Part of the Scream King Limited Kings for the month of November 2022. It's been a while since I tried a different limited king at Ramen Nagi. They had my favorite last month (Wild Curry King) which of course I eat and it was still the best.
This one contains 1 whole squid sliced (no head or tentacles though), green onions, kikurage, garlic, minced pork, and tzatziki sauce. I've ordered the tamago separately.
There are two options for the noodles - it's either the squid ink noodles or tsukemen noodles. I picked the squid ink noodles because why not (it's been a while since I ate one before). The noodles are a bit thick and hard (an option to make it soft/hard as well). It doesn't really taste anything special but more of a novelty I guess.
I just realized after eating this dish that plain squid is almost flavorless. The squid is soft and chewy but tasted almost nothing. I did pick some squid bones left in there somewhere (if it was indeed bones because they're a bit hard and sharp) so be careful while eating it. There is a bit of minced meat in between the squid but I think it's not enough to make the dish good. It's the same stuff they used in Black King.
The broth itself is somewhat lacking in flavor even if there's garlic and the squid ink. Basically this is the Black King with less minced pork ball with the chashu replaced with squid. I was really disappointed with how the broth turned out and was expecting a deeper flavor but instead it was just the black king with less flavor. They probably should've added more garlic or something to enhance the flavor more.
Overall:

The broth is really disappointing and the squid does not really taste anything special.
I should really try to revisit some other shops if I have time and try to eat more. Working from home though is kind of limiting that option so I've been really eating less and less during this time.
