Hello everybody. Todays my lunch is "Gokunou Tanmen" of Futatsume. Gokunou tanmen Futatsume(極濃湯麺フタツメ) is a very popular tanmen restaurant with a very rich soup and plenty of vegetables, which is the first shop in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture! As soon as it opened, it became a popular store with long lines every day, and now it has many branches and continues to increase its fans with unstoppable momentum!
The soup is a super-rich creamy combination of rich tonkotsu and chicken bones, and the pork and chicken based cloudy soup is the one and only taste of Futatsume.
