Today's Bible Reading- Acts Chapters 18-21.
Good morning, my friends. I hope you're well. Our forecast for today: 69°, 90% chance of rain, overcast, and air quality in the green.
It has been pouring rain this morning, with periods of no rain but wind. From what I understand, we are getting bits of storm Nicole. I've not kept up to date with that particular storm, but it's definitely a cozy day today.
I've been coughing up goop this morning, too, so that's a good sign. It means what I'm doing is working, thank the Lord.
Last night, for supper, I put Mom's spaghetti dinner and my mac and cheese dinner in the oven. They taste much better that way. Takes longer but tastes better. Then, I had a notion to put some chili garlic sauce in my mac and cheese. I did. Wow. Flavor! I loved it. Definitely going to have that again sometime. Between the spice and the garlic, my sinuses were draining!
Supper tonight is supposed to be burgers and fries. I may just have some soup. Pop is supposed to be coming in today as well, so he and Mom could have burgers. He has a sinus infection, so that'll be fun. I have kielbasa and sauerkraut planned for Sunday dinner. It'll be good for both our immune systems.
It's Friday, but the bank will be closed today for Veteran's Day, and since it's raining, I won't be going out. My bank run will have to wait until Monday. I can pay a couple of bills and get them ready for the mail tomorrow, and I can balance the ledgers.
Gracie is comfortably conked out on my bed. She likes cozy days too. After getting around, I may work on my sweater. I'm super close to being done with sleeve number two. After that, I can sew everything together and voila! I'll have a homemade sweater! My next plan is trying another sock pattern but with two needles.
That's all for now, folks. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends.
