The edges of the bun were pan fried till crispy, the beef fat fried patty was meaty and moist, and the accompaniments (cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo or animal style sauce?) made this a fresh and tasty burger. The potatoes in beef fat with ikura and dill cream was fluffy and indulgent. Nice.
