Today's Bible Reading- Exodus Chapters 31-33.
Good morning, my friends. I hope you're well. Our forecast for today: 60°, cloudy with bits of rain here and there, and moderate air quality.
Yesterday was a nice, quiet day. The pork came out super tender, but I should've foregone the peppers and used carrots instead. Maybe even a parsnip. The peppers gave the pork almost a perfume-like flavor. I didn't like it. Mom and Pop seemed to enjoy it, though. They didn't think it was perfumey.
BLTs are for supper tonight.
My Thai basil is sprouting a flower! The cherry tomato I planted has also decided to sprout. I did manage to transplant the pepper and celery seeds. I hope they do okay. My little makeshift greenhouse is doing really well!
Gracie woke me up this morning. Chewing on my hand. Turns out that her bowl was empty. She'd even eaten the crumbs on the floor. She's resting on her pillow now.
I think I'm on coffee number three, and I've had a waffle, but I'm still hungry.
It's Monday, so today's agenda will be light. Laundry, ledgers, cooking. I also need to wash my hair. My nails need trimmed, too. That's about all.
That's all I have for now, folks. It's going to hopefully be a quiet day today. Maybe I can get some work done on my sock. That would be nice. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends.
