Today's Bible Reading- 2 Chronicles Chapters 22-24.
Good morning, my friends. I hope you're well. Our forecast for today: 78°, sunny with some clouds, 20% chance of rain, good air quality, winds from the northeast at 6 miles per hour, and humidity is sitting at 97%.
Well, I wonder how our new neighbors are faring the humidity? They came from California. The peeps from New York have already left. The house they bought, renovated, painted the beautiful brick an awful gray color is up for sale again. The peeps from California have connected with the peeps across the street. The Cali fam has three kids and the peeps across the street have three kids. Varying ages but they hang out and play together. It's nice to see that. Makes my desire for a family of my own even stronger.
Yesterday, I had high hopes. Mom talked me into just taking a day and chilling out. I did spray my garden with neem oil. Something is munching on my potatoes. I also made a trip to the garden center to get some red, white and bluish purple petunias. I planted those in the big planters in front where the flower rockets had been. The flower rockets did not come up very well and the bits that did come up looked more like weeds than anything else.
I spent the rest of the day knitting, watching tv, and playing a game on my iPad.
It's back to the grindstone today, though. I need to pack away my winter clothes and see what I can do about arranging my room better. I have a couple of ideas floating around in my head of how I can rearrange better. We'll see what I can get accomplished today.
I also need to balance the ledgers, and we're having tostadas for supper. That's a fairly simple make, though.
That's all I have for now, folks. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends.
