As parents, we know how important it is for our kids to stay hydrated. Drinking enough water is essential for maintaining good health, but it can be challenging to get kids excited about drinking plain water. That's where DIY fruit-infused water comes in! Yesterday, we made fruit water while we were enjoying the bikers of Unbound Gravel ride by our house. About 4,000 riders come to Emporia, KS, to ride through the Flint Hills of Kansas for one weekend each spring. We got a giggle because it was raining, and they were riding by fast encouraging each other to keep going. That was cool because it was National Say Something Nice Day! We liked that they encouraged each other in the race. We were able to snap a few pictures of them riding by in our pictures.
