2 - slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon
2 - egg whites
1 - whole wheat English muffin, split and toasted
1/4 - avocado, sliced
Directions
1) Cook bacon according to package directions.
2) Preheat a nonstick skillet or electric griddle over medium heat (375°F.). Heat slices of bacon for 6-7 minutes or until desired crispness, turning frequently.
3) Spray small skillet with cooking spray.
4) Heat on medium.
5) Add eggs, cook until set.
