The grapefruit juice highball was nice and fruit, and the starter of the pickled lotus root with spinach refreshing. The sashimi was fresh with interesting garnishes, crab spring roll mayonnaise creamy with some sweetness of crab coming through, and Wagyu spring roll also very good, with the unctuous Wagyu beef offset by some zest and crunch in the garnishes and seaweed.
