Pork Dumpling in Hot & Spicy Scallion Noodle (2.5): same dumplings, same sauce, but the noodles were kinda greasy. The Pork Dumpling in Hot & Spicy Sauce were good.  Perhaps a Cantonese twist on the Sichaun classic suanla chaoshou dumplings (see for example 13.287 (Suanla) Chaoshou), amped up with minced garlic, chilies, and cilantro.  I used the leftover sauce as a dipping sauce for other dimsum.
