Swapping the ingredients:

If you are hesitant to swap any prime ingredients as Milk or condensed milk mentioned in the recipe, certainly you can. Whipping cream will help you with it. But remember to pour one of the ingredient (Milk or condensed milk) while you add the whipping cream. Only using the whipping cream without any of them won't work.

Suitable toppings:

Milkshakes are incomplete without an ice cream when it comes to topping. You can put a scoop of pineapple or vanilla ice cream on top of the milkshake if you are in need of a topping. You can also add some sprinkles and a piece of pineapple to inflate the beauty.
