About 300 g. While the prior installment had been intended to be the finale, I made a bonus dish with the leftover potatoes, primarily comprising the skins. Deep-fried as is, without a coating of corn starch. Mostly hit, slightly miss.  Without the corn starch, the potatoes weren't optimally crispy, but good enough.  The skins amped up the potato flavor.  Next time, I'll use corn starch and deep-fry all the potatoes together.
