Thai Curry Stir Fry

A delicious, super-healthy, and highly nutritious meal for one or two!
Ingredients
1/3 - Pound Wild Idea Buffalo Ancestral Blend
1 - Tablespoon organic olive oil
2 - Tablespoons organic grass-fed/finished butter
2 - Cups chopped vegetables
2/3 - Cup organic coconut milk
1 - Package Miracle Noodles
1 - Mike's Organic Green Thai Curry
Salt (to taste)
Cilantro (flavor & garnish)
Directions
1 - Heat the oil & butter in a sauté over medium high heat.
2 - Crumble in the meat and brown for 1 minute.
3 - Add the Thai Curry and stir to incorporate.
4 - Add the vegetables and sauté, about 3 minutes.
5 - Add the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
6 - Heat the noodles and spoon the curry over the top. Sprinkle with cilantro.
