今日は夕方までずっと雨が降ったり曇っていたりでしたが、夕方に少し太陽が顔を出していました。明日は良いお天気になる予報。
It was raining or grey all day today until early evening, when the sun came out. It's going to be nice weather tomorrow, which is lovely.
今日の夕食は、冷凍していた餃子など、あれこれ。餃子の他には、厚揚げを焼いて紫蘇をのせてお醤油をかけただけのもの、トマト、玉ねぎ、アボカドのサラダ、具沢山のお味噌汁（里芋、人参、玉ねぎ）。餃子を焼くのにいつもビビンバに使っている取っ手が取れる鉄のフライパンを使ってみたのですが、まだまだ使った回数が少ないのでくっついてしまいました。
Today's dinner was Gyoza and some other bits and pieces. The 'bits and piees' are, fried tofu with shiso & soy sauce, tomato, onion, avocado salad and Miso soup with satoimo, carrot & onion. I used the steel frying pan, of which the handles come off and we use for Bibimbap, for gyoza but obviously we hadn't used them often enough and some of the gyoza were stuck.
