今日は日曜日ですが、夫が、「昨日作らなかったから、今日、パスタ作ってあげようか？」と言ってくれたので、わたしも３日、夕食を作っていないのですが（笑）、有り難くお願いしました。アマトリチャーナには本来はグァンチャーレを使いますがとても手に入りにくいので、家にあったパンチェッタを使って作ってくれました。美味しかったです、ご馳走さま！
Although it's not a Saturday, my husband said to me, "Shall I make Amatriciana today because I didn't cook yesterday." I haven't cooked dinner for the last 3 days, but as he offered, I thankfully accepted his offer! You are supposed to use Guanciale but it's not easy to get hold of in England, so he used pancetta that we had in the fridge. It was very tasty!
