The Hyderabadi Falooda is a beverage which is similar to a dessert. What makes the drink luscious is the ingredients in it. We have swapped the milk with condensed milk to add a richer taste to the Falooda.

Ingredients:
Water-250ml
Condensed milk- 1/2 from small tin
Vanilla ice cream
Rose syrup
Basil seeds soaked in water (Kasa Kasa/Sabja)
Crushed ice
Orange juice
Similar: Refreshing Papaya Juice
Method:
STEP 1
Mix the condensed milk and water well in a glass
STEP 2
Pour some rose syrup in a serving glass. Add some crushed ice and soaked basil seeds to it.
STEP 3
Now pour the condensed milk mixture and add a little bit of orange juice.
STEP 4
Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle rose syrup on top.
