Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Bars

Ingredients

  • 3 cups vegan rice crispy cereal
  • 1 ½ cups vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup vegan peanut butter
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup

Notes

or perfectly rectangular edges on each piece, use a knife to cut away the edge of each side of the pan of crunch mixture after hardened and unwrap from the parchment paper.
