今日も１日お天気が良く、２１度くらいまで上がって気持ちの良いお天気でした。花殻積みと落ち葉を拾う程度ですが、少しお庭仕事もしました。雨が少なくなって来て気温も上がって来たので、ポットの土がすぐに乾くようになって来たので、これからしばらくは夫は夕方の水やりがお仕事に加わります。
It was another lovey day today and the temperature went up to about 21C, so very nice, not too cold, not too hot. I did a little gardening - just deadheading and picking some fallen leaves. We aren't having as much rain as before and also it's warmer than a little while ago, so the flower pots need more watering until autumn - it's my husband's job in the evening a few times a week.
今日の夕食は、夫の提案でカルボナーラになりましたが、ファームショップに行ったときにマッシュルームを見て、「あ、マッシュルーム足そう！」と思い、マッシュルームを加えました。カルボナーラ、嫌いではないのですが結構ヘビーなのでちょっと何か足したい気分になります。そして、黒胡椒たっぷり。（レシピは、こちらにリンクが貼ってありますが、ムッシュルームを加え、卵黄は２つに減らしてパスタも１人７５グラムに減らしています。）美味しく出来ました。量も丁度良い感じでしたし、マッシュルームを加えたのも良かったです。
My husband suggested Carbonara for tonight's meal so that's what we had. I saw some mushrooms when we were in a farm shop today, so I decided to add mushrooms to Carbonara - I don't know if Italian people approve that or not but we thought it worked nicely. I don't dislike Carbonara but it is a bit heavy for me so adding something else seems to make it a little less heavy. I also add a lot of black pepper. (The recipe is in this post but I added mushrooms, used 2 egg yolks instead of 3 and used 75g of pasta each.) It was very nice, the portion was just about right and we thought the mushrooms were good additon.
卵を割ったら、ら脳が２つ！「あ、双子」と言いながらもう１つ割ったら、また双子でした。
The first egg I broke had 2 egg yolks so I said, "Oh, twins!" Then I broke another egg and it also had 2 yolks!
