Today's Bible Reading- Job Chapters 37-41.
June's Memory Verse- Proverbs 3:9-10.
Good morning, peeps. Got sidetracked a little. There's a military plane from Hungary making loopies around my area. Our forecast for today: 92°, sunny with some clouds, no rain, winds from the east northeast at 1-8 miles per hour, and humidity is sitting at 90%.
As I was saying, that plane is making loopies in my area. I think maybe it bought a plane or had one repaired from Lockheed. That's my guess. They've been testing fighter jets over my area for quite while now and just about every day, there's at least one sonic boom. Scares the poop out of me every time.
I have the menu together, finally. Took me most of the day yesterday. I cleaned off the top of the fridge, rearranged the inside of the fridge and pulled out everything that needed tossing. I also pulled up most of the radishes. They'd gone to seed and the seed pods are mostly ready for drying. I picked some more pickle cucumbers.
Um, let's see. The boxes are still glaring at me for removal. The grocery list is ready, though.
Last night I grilled smoked sausages on the grill. It was pretty hot in the kitchen, and I didn't want to use the stove. The Lord whispered in my brain, Hey, use the sheet pan on the grill and cook the peppers and onion that way. So, I cut up the peppers and onion, sprinkled with salt and pepper, plopped them in a sandwich bag and poured in some olive oil. Shook it pretty good, and while it was sitting, I plopped a clean sheet pan on the grill and sprayed it with some grilling nonstick spray. I gotta say, they turned out delicious. Picked up some of that smoky flavor from the grill and the smoked sausages. Mm. Definitely worth making again.
Tonight, it's another grill night. Leftover beans, grilled chicken, and salad. I had some blueberries, but they've disappeared. I do have peaches, though. I'll use those in the salad.
I don't know if I'll get groceries today. It's on the agenda, but I have other things that need done.
That's about all I have for today, peeps. I'm slow today. It's already almost 80°. Youch. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends. ❤
