Really outstanding dim sum and Cantonese cuisine. The dim sum was full of delicate and layered flavours. I really enjoyed the Crispy-baked Savoury Pork "Mangosteen" Dumpling which was an elevated version of hum sui gok with slightly chewy and sweet skin complementing the soy sauce savoury minced pork filling. The truffle dumpling had a very nice and elegant perfume of truffle with the fragrant mushroom filling. The Honey-glazed Grilled Pork Spare Rib was amazing - sweet, caramelised and tender - this was a really upmarket version of what I used to get at the 香港街珍记 coffeeshop by the side of the Commonwealth Crescent Market. Best Chinese Cantonese meal that I've had in a long time.
