Today's Bible Reading- Psalms Chapters 37-43.
June's Memory Verse- Proverbs 3:9-10.
Good morning, my friends. I hope you're well. Our forecast for today: 86°, overcast, 50% chance of rain, winds are calm for now, and humidity is sitting at 77%.
What a day yesterday was! Wow! Our heat index hit the triple digits. The humidity was unnaturally low. At one point, our humidity was 23%! We average 60-80% humidity year round here. Maybe we will get a little relief today. Our grass sure is crunchy. I mean, that's not too terrible a thing. We don't want it to completely die, though. Although. . .
I don't want my garden to die, though, and it's not doing that great. The sun is burning it up, even though it's partially in the shade later on in the day. It feels more like late July or August, not June.
Hopefully some relief will come today in the form of rain.
Supper last night was pretty decent. We have another grill meal tonight. Grilled Frank's chicken, salad, and applesauce. I need to pull the chicken out of the freezer.
For the moment, I can't think of things that need done today. I have at least one thing to order. Don't worry. I will find things to do. Trust me. I do hope for some rain today, though. We could use it.
That's all for today, peeps. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends. ❤
