Todays my lunch is "Sanriku Kamaishi Oyster Ramen supervised by the Nakamura-ya"(三陸釜石 中村家監修 牡蠣らーめん). The ultimate ramen with a luxurious feel. The clear soup is made with mellow soy sauce mixed with oyster extract, and you can really feel the flavor of oysters!. The noodles were carefully made over two days. It is medium-thick and wavy, with a smooth surface and a hand-kneaded texture, firm and chewy, with a good flavor and a smooth finish. The toppings this time are seaweed, menma, seasoned egg, and green onion this time. Since the temperature is high in India, this time I ate it as chilled ramen.
