It's a ramen with a rich taste that you can eat again and again, and after a while you'll want to eat it again. That's Yamaokaya's ramen. The soup is pure pork bone soup. The ingredients are just water and pork bones. It is boiled for three full days and is ready to eat on the fourth day. It is rich and the flavor of the pork bones is fully extracted, so it is very delicious. In addition, the layer of melted lard keeps the hot soup warm. The noodles are original straight thick noodles developed to match the soup, with a strong core, low water content, and a wheat scent. When you eat it, the lard coats the noodles, so the flavor of the lard comes first, and when you bite, the flavor of the soup and the flavor of the noodles mix together, making it very delicious. I'm eating salt ramen using aged dried noodles that I bought in Japan this time. The toppings are green onions, wakame seaweed, spinach, bamboo shoots, seasoned eggs, and sesame seeds. It's a ramen with a very rich pork bone soup and a rich yet refreshing salt flavor. It's my favorite flavor at Yamaokaya. It's very delicious. Thank you. | | | | このメールに返信してコメントを残すこともできます。 | | | | |
