I cook, my family says I am pretty good at it. Recipes I make usually come from my mind not a cookbook. They thought I should write the recipes down. Lucky, because of our son Ian, I had the vehicle to write the recipes down and store them. My blog was thus created with only one thought, a place for my family to keep and use my recipes. To my surprise and shock other people found it and amazingly seemed to like it. Over the years it has changed, still a record for my family, now also for the people that visit it.
