Recipe updates from last week:
We enjoyed all of the recipes from last week. The tacos were great, super quick to make, the huli chicken was so delicious and full of flavour. My son and I loved the crispy tofu, I made mine in the air fryer and served it with a spicy mayo for dipping. This weekend we were off in the mountains camping as my husband was in a bike race. We kept our camping menu simple: greek chicken bowls, cereal with fruit, charcuterie, turkey burgers and this morning we made breakfast burritos.
This week we are home for dinner Sunday-Thursday, we are hosting an early birthday party for my daughter on Friday afternoon, and then we don't have weekend plans except for golf.
Last week I made another batch of the oatmeal breakfast cookies, and they were as good as the week before. I didn't add in the raisins, instead I added some mini chocolate chips. Here are some other recipes I found last week: rhubarb custard bars, marry me pasta (recipe on her IG), quinoa cherry pistachio salad (recipe on her IG), peanut butter pie and strawberry jam sugar cookies.
