Today's Bible Reading- Nehemiah Chapters 7-8.
June's Memory Verse- Proverbs 3:9-10.
Good morning, my friends. I hope you're well. Our forecast for today: 87°, sunny, no rain, winds from the north northeast ranging from 2-5 miles per hour, and humidity is sitting at 75%.
It's going to be hot and muggy today. I'm also going to be on the road a good portion of today. Why, you may ask? Grocery shopping. I have several places to go today. I also have cat food to buy, paper goods to stock up on, and a mouse trap to hunt down.
Also, the internet has been wonky this week. Just about every day we've had an internet outage that lasted a good hour or more. A couple of days it lasted over two hours. Pop asked about a regional internet company last night and the decision was made to switch from our current provider to the more regional one. That means we'll lose the landline and the cable, but if we can keep wireless going, we'll have the Roku. The bill would go down drastically, too. We'd go from almost $300 a month to probably around $90.
I have four melons growing in the garden! I think they may be cantaloupe. I have a sneaking suspicion about them.
I hope Pop will get the lawn mowed today. And weed eated. It's getting out of hand a little. I also need to water the garden. No rain is expected for several days, and it needs a good drink.
That's all I have for today, peeps. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends. ❤
