Even though I haven't had a Big Mac in years and years as I no longer eat red meat, the jingle and taste of the special sauce still live on in my memory. I love sauces, and will often put Thousand Island dressing on my turkey burgers to imitate that "special sauce" taste, but on occasion I make this copycat Big Mac sauce. It is really good, and from what I remember tastes very much like the McDonald's classic. I have seen a few different copycat versions on-line over the years, but I was so happy with this one that I did not bother trying any others. Let's get saucy! Ingredients: 1 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp relish 2 tsp vinegar (white or apple cider) 2 tsp yellow mustard 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper Whisk the ingredients together in a small mixing bowl. If you have time it is best to refrigerate for a little while before using. That's it, so easy! | | | |
