I used a braid of HoneyGold Acres Merino and some Knit Picks Wool of the Andes roving. The result is a hefty skein of green yarn that now adorns my stash. Should there be more twist in my finished yarn? Yes. Do I have a bunch of leftover HoneyGold Acres singles? Yes. Do I care? Nope. I'm not participating in the Tour de Fleece, not because I'm not spinning daily, but because I don't have a local team.
