Today's Bible Reading- Proverbs Chapters 26-30.
July's Memory Verse- Proverbs 3:11-12.

Good morning, my friends. I hope you're well. Our forecast for today: 91°, sunny, 70% chance of rain, winds from the west at 10 miles per hour, and humidity is sitting at 70%.

Well, I mowed the back yard yesterday. It took a lot longer than I'd planned. Normally, it'd take about 2 hours to do the front and back yards together, but the back yard was pretty lush. It took me about 3 hours yesterday to get just the back yard mowed. It still needs a weed eater to the edges, but I'll get to that. Or Pop will get to it. I had to stop at least twice to rake up grass clippings. One time while I was stopped, the puppy got into our back yard and wanted to play. I played fetch with him for about 5 minutes and then had to get back into the yard work.

Yes. The puppy has dug out part of my makeshift dig barrier. The hole under the fence is huge. His owners tried to cover the hole with a large cooler, but he dug around it. I'm not sure what to do at this point. The only option seems to be a professional dig barrier, but those are pretty expensive. At least $75 for a pack of 5. Then if I fill the hole with soil and gravel, that's additional cost.

Praise the Lord, the back yard is mowed, though! The front yard isn't too bad, but that back yard. Wow. It's a lush jungle if not kept up. I hope at some point I'll be able to figure out how to weed eat well and can keep up the edges.

Mom wants to go out today. She has several places she wants me to take her, so that'll be my thing today.

Also, I broke my headphones yesterday. Got up from my computer, put my headphones on the computer, started walking towards the door, and I didn't realize the cord of the headphones had wrapped around my ankle. Yanked it right out of the jack on my laptop. Crap. I picked the cord up and realized the end where you plug it in the jack was bent and broken. Crap. What I didn't realize until last night, though, was that part of the plug in had snapped off and was stuck inside the jack port in my lap top. Major crap. It's still stuck there. I have no sound because it thinks the headphones are still plugged in. Bummer.

That's about all I have for today, peeps. I need a shower, and I need to work on the menu for next week. The ledgers need looking at, and supper tonight will be biscuits and gravy. Love you all and until next time, stay safe my friends. ❤

P.S. If you're interested in seeing what I believe may be the final day for the RNC Convention, go to rumble.com, search for the GOP channel (just type GOP in the search bar), and it'll come up. Last night's stream was very touching. The live stream starts at 5 pm EST, I believe. No. 6 pm? Let me check. It says 7 pm EST. You can also look up Real America's Voice on Rumble, and they're live streaming all day there. ❤
