Hello guys. Todays my lunch is "Scallop Ramen" supervised by Sanriku Kamaishi Nakamuraya(三陸釜石中村屋監修 帆立らーめん). This scallop ramen is made with fresh scallops from Sanriku and carefully selected ingredients supervised by Nakamuraya. To bring out the umami of the scallops, they use plenty of scallop extract, concentrating the umami of the seafood. The noodles are thin and curly. I topped it with wakame seaweed and green onions this time. Delicious!. Thank you.
