Did you hear me yelling with excitement on Monday? My replacement cabinets came and they were bubble wrapped and perfect! They should have used bubble wrap the first time.
In the picture above and below you can see where the contractor installed all of the upper cabinets.
The island is ready for the granite to be installed on Tuesday. I had to tell them not to install it when they were here the first time due to a damaged cabinet that had to be replaced.
I can't wait until the lights over the island are installed so I can start back at posting new recipes. Thank you for being patient with me, it's been frustrating not being able to post many new recipes.
Today the contractor will finish the microwave and put the doors on the cabinet above the microwave. He's hoping to install all the handles too!
As you see, we are finally moving forward. The contractor had so much progress yesterday and I can't wait to see what gets finished today. Check back next week, on Friday, for another update.
