Coconut milk and mango are the two exceptional ingredients used in the sticky rice to enhance the taste of it. The rice is a very famous dessert in Thailand streets and here is a simple, unique and easy method to make it yourselves.

Ingredients:
Rice- 1cup
Water- 3cups (depends on the rice)
Salt
Sugar-3tbsp
Coconut milk (1st extract)- 3/4cup
Vanilla essence-1tsp
Mango pieces

Method:
STEP 1
Add a cup of rice to a heated and pour 3cups of water
STEP 3
Add salt when the rice is boiling. Close the pan with the lid and let the rice boil in low heat.
STEP 4
When the water goes down. Open the lid and add 3tbsp of sugar.
STEP 5
Pour coconut milk, vanilla essence and mix well. Clos the pan and let it heat.
STEP 6
Transfer the sticky rice to the serving plate and put mango pieces on top. Pour some heated coconut milk on top before enjoying the food.
