The duck leg was greasy, tender, fragrant, and smoky with slightly crispy skin. The char siew was sweet, sticky and caramelised - really solid but somewhat inconsistent between cuts and visits. The sio bak was quite crispy, but quite salty. The wantons were plump and full.
